Theatre on Ice (TOI) is the newest discipline of competitive figure skating. It combines the grace of figure skating with the excitement of theater and dance. Theatre on Ice (TOI) is popular in Europe, where it is known as Ballet on Ice. Teams consist of between eight and 30 skaters who are responsible for conveying a story (theatrical production) on ice. The competitions are judged by U.S. Figure Skating judges and are evaluated on technical merit and presentation with emphasis on originality, costuming, artistry and musciality.

D.I.C.E. provides a team atmosphere where skaters of various ages and skill levels work together to portray their story. D.I.C.E. strives to improve the theatrical skills and the quality of the individual skaters as well as provide an opportunity where skaters can compete nationally. D.I.C.E. prepares two programs each year: a long program and the choreographic exercise which is the equivalent of the short program.

D.I.C.E. is in its fifth year as a competitive team. Previous D.I.C.E Teams have placed first in the Choreographic Exercise event at the International Theater on Ice competition in 2007; second in the Choreographic Exercise; fourth in the Freeskate at International Theatre on Ice competition in 2008; and 5th at Nationals in 2008. This past year the team won the award for the Best Restaging of an Original Work.

The team typically participates in 3 competitions and the club show each year.
